Founded in 2020, our journey began with a simple yet powerful observation: most teams function, but few truly flourish. Drawing on over 18 years of corporate experience across sales, customer service, and leadership development, our founder Alok Verma recognized the growing need for experiential, people-first learning solutions that go beyond lectures and PowerPoint slides.
