Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

Success Tea Consultants values customer trust and investment. This policy governs cancellations and refunds for workshops, training programs, and consulting services. Registration implies acceptance of these terms.

2. Workshops & Training Programs

Cancellations by participants:

• 7+ days before event: full refund or complimentary transfer to another session (subject to availability)
• 3–6 days before event: 50% refund or complimentary transfer to another session
• Less than 72 hours before event: non-refundable
• No-shows without notice are non-refundable

3. Consulting & Corporate Engagements

Once confirmed and invoiced, fees are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be accommodated with mutual agreement and trainer availability.

4. Cancellations by Success Tea

If the company must reschedule or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, participants receive prompt notification and may choose either a full refund or complimentary transfer to another date/program.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds process within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Services

Non-refundable items include customized corporate programs, delivered consulting sessions, and shared digital materials or toolkits.
